Surviving Trials and Tribulations, Endurance Is Required

Updated: Sep 27, 2022

Sometimes God will allow afflictions, hardships, and conflicts to occur in our lives. In this season God is allowing trials and tribulations to arise so we can filter and purge ourselves of impurities. He allows self-inflicted issues to surface so we can deal with our problems and situations to get closer to Him. He gives us the choice to push through it or allow the situation to consume us. This is the season of purification and order.

In this last hour, God wants to strictly divide the sacred from the profane, the clean from the unclean, and the pure from the impure. He is preparing us to lead others and serve as a doorway to Christ. During these times believers must acquire discipline and self-control to avoid the snags of the enemy. The birth pains are here (Matthew 24:6-8 ESV). As the birth pains continue to intensify, the birth of a new generation is on the arise. Men and women who are dedicated and sold out for Christ. This new generation will open the door for Christ's return (2 Peter 3:11-12).

We go through pain and suffering not for our glory, but for the glory of God. In return, God will bless us if we endure (Matthew 24:13) & (James 1:2).

Ultimately we should be the representation of Christ for our families, friends, colleagues, and the world. We should exemplify Christ in conduct both privately and publicly. Stay strong when turmoil and challenges arise. Know that you are not alone. When faced with relationship, marriage, and workplace issues we must first deal with ourselves. We must look ourselves in the mirror, correct our internal issues and bring peace and understanding to our situations. We must put aside our wants and desires, for what God wants and desires. We must represent him with our marriages, with our families, with our lives. That's how we show him our allegiance and dedication in faith to our Father.
