Sin has no color, Christianity is a world religion, and Jesus died for everyone, Sin is the problem

Many Americans think that Christianity belongs to one group of people or its a white man' s religion or a black man's religion. This is how we get many denominations and sectors within Christianity, but if we all believe in one God there should only be one belief and that's in the Word of God. The bible approaches sin directly.

According to the Pew Research Center, 70 percent of Americans claim Christianity as their religion, and if that's the case, why do we have so many problems in our country. Why do we focus so much on race and politics than biblical principles? In my opinion, maybe we're not practicing what we preach. Maybe sound doctrine is not being taught, or maybe we just talk a good game.

If Sin is the problem then Sin has to be addressed. If Sin is the root of evilness and the cause of everything that going on, maybe we need to address our issues and address sin head-on. From Adam and Eve and the great fall, sin has always been the issue. From ancient times to now we are living in a society where sin is profitable and society thrives off of racism, politics, and division.

Most modern churches or new age churches are afraid to approach sin, in the black megachurches and white churches. Modern pastors skate around the issues instead of attacking the issues head-on. They compromise just to retain their members and financial stability.

The reality is that Sin affects everyone and it doesn't matter who you are or what you have accomplished. If you don't approach the issues you're struggling with, then why follow Christ. In Billy Graham's sermon (Who is Jesus) he addresses colorism in Christianity and stated that "Jesus was not a white man nor was he as black as many of you" and that he belongs to the whole world and not only one group of people.

Billy Graham (Who is Jesus)

You cannot discriminate and call yourself a Christian or claim to be a true follower of Christ.

In the book of Galatians, it sums up the works of the flesh and who is qualified to inherit the Kingdom of God.

Galatians 5:19 - 21 Nor Adultery, Fornication, Uncleanness, Lasciviousness, Idolatry, Witchcraft, Hatred, Variance, Emulations, Wrath, Strife, Seditions, Heresies, Envyings, Murders, Drunkenness, and revellings shall not inherit the kingdom of God.

Everyone from evangelicals to the black churches needs to realize the severity of the times we're living in today. Christians need to come together instead of placing one group of people above another. It's hard to be effective as a body of christ without unity. A house divided can't stand.

It's not about the color of your skin, nor classism, nor how smart you think you are, but it's about the root of the cause and division among modern-day Christians. So in conclusion, If you're a Christian and have a problem with skin color, or judge people based on how they look or financial status, then you cannot claim to be a follower of Christ. That would be unbiblical, immoral and hypocritical which is the very opposite of God.

All unrighteousness is sin: and there is a sin not unto death (1 John 5:17 KJV). We know that whosoever is born of God sinneth not, but he that is begotten of God keepeth himself, and that wicked one toucheth him not. And we know that we are of God, and the whole world lieth in wickedness (1 John 5:18‭-‬19 KJV).

Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins.

Proverbs 10:12 KJV
