Navigating Through Unconventional and Challenging Times (Spiritual Warfare)

Unconventional and challenging times are here. Post-pandemic the world has changed. The world's leading governments are changing. Economic woes have been felt all around the world and families are struggling. The planet is crying out in agony through unrecognizable natural events and climate change. The atmosphere of the spiritual realm has been darkened and evil seems to be prevailing. There are wars and rumors of wars. Hatred and disdain for one another have increased throughout humanity. The question is Where are we? and what is happing to the church?

The Bible says perilous times will come. (2 Timothy 3:1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. "This know also" means you can be sure that these things will happen. Humanity is being pushed to great lengths. These will be some of the most challenging tests that mankind has ever experienced. Covid, post-Pandemic has changed how we communicate, interact, and view our country and the world. Political friction and the fight for political power have caused many to be discontent and manipulated by the media. The world's leaders are changing and new leaders are emerging (Daniel 2:21) And He changeth the times and the seasons; He removeth kings and setteth up kings. He giveth wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding. Approximately 43 new leaders took office this year and approximately 60 plus last year, higher than the previous years. As the world economies struggle to stay afloat, world leaders are strategizing ways to create a digital currency, which is leading countries towards a unified global economy and banking system.

The question is, where is the church? In my opinion, I believe God is breaking the church away from traditional norms and organized religion. There are many believers who go to church but are not fed, nourished, and or developed. God wants to go deeper with our faith. It's one thing to go to church and receive the word, and it's another to have an intimate supernatural relationship with God. Some believers don't know or understand the supernatural real and spiritual warfare mainly due to the lack of leadership and teaching from church leaders.

The unseen war we face is spiritual warfare. Even though we live in the natural realm, the fight is in the spiritual realm. (Ephesians 6:12) For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. As believers, we must understand that there is a spiritual realm that affects the natural realm. We must be in tune with the spiritual realm in order to decern the times we are living in.

"Understanding spiritual warfare is essential for the progression of our faith and obedience towards Christ".

The enemy is working effortlessly to attack the body of Christ. He's trying to attack marriages, children, families, finances, and our homes. He's trying to discourage us from moving forward in faith. He tries to attack our minds, our health, and ultimately our flesh to force us off track from where God wants us to be. At the same time God is allowing some things to happen to help purify us, and cleanse us from our past and habitual habits (Romans 8:28).

God is preparing for the Great manifest. God is about to pour out his flesh upon mankind and he's going to use his people his chosen ones to manifest the power of God. The church is transitioning into a new direction, and purification and maturity are required in this season. We must put away the fear, and trust God during these challenging times.
